Lead daily delivery and operationalization of metadata management, data lineage documentation, and data governance tooling for Finance, Treasury, and Financial Risk.
Manage Finance data catalog and Critical Data Element inventory; execute semi-annual metadata and lineage attestation cycles ensuring compliance and regulatory readiness.
Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements across governance platforms, delivering approved enhancements in collaboration with multiple data and technology teams.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years experience in data governance, regulatory data, or finance reporting, preferably in financial services.
Practical expertise in metadata management, data lineage, and CDE frameworks with working knowledge of Collibra platform preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong understanding of BCBS 239 and regulatory audit requirements; experience with governance process automation and toolset operations.

Experienced leader managing metadata and data governance operations in complex financial or risk environments with regulatory compliance focus.
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with data owners, technology teams, and regulatory stakeholders to operationalize governance frameworks.
Hands-on with enterprise data governance tools (especially Collibra), process improvement, and delivering defensible regulatory evidence.
