Manage 24/7 global voice and data network operations, including fault identification, ticketing management, and incident resolution within SLA.
Drive network optimization efforts to reduce outages and improve performance, including capacity planning and process development.
Lead severity 1 incident calls, manage reporting/status updates, and support network, server, and cybersecurity infrastructure in a multi-platform environment.
Minimum Requirements
Associate’s degree in computer or network science or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5+ years hands-on experience in network, technical infrastructure operations, or cloud operations environment.
Technical experience with Cisco, PaloAlto, Aruba, F5, Strata, ThousandEyes, Cloudgenix, Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, load balancers, and backup technologies.
Experience with ticketing systems and incident/change management (ServiceNow preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-platform technical environments including network, server, and cybersecurity technologies in a large global or complex IT setting.
Proficient in incident and escalation management, capable of leading technical severity calls with diverse personnel.
Strong process development and service delivery orientation with ability to handle technical impacts across server, network, and cyber operations effectively.
