About This Role
- Lead the design, testing, and global implementation of a strategic risk management system for the Equity Derivatives business.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a multi-year, complex risk management system migration including scoping workflows, requirements gathering, and quality assurance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Product Development, and Front Office to ensure alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of investment banking experience in Middle Office, Trade Support, or Project Management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives products, trade lifecycle, and risk management systems.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Cross-regional coverage required on 11:30 pm–7:30 am IST shift with flexibility for extended hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, global, cross-functional projects involving Operations and Technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong governance skills including RAID management and senior stakeholder influence.
- Proficient with project management and agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and qTest and capable of driving structured testing and defect management.
