About This Role
- Lead design, testing, and implementation of a global strategic risk management system migration for Equity Derivatives.
- Scope workflows, define project milestones, and drive delivery quality with cross-regional stakeholder coordination.
- Own end-to-end initiatives including execution of testing, defect triage, and timely remediation in a high-pressure environment with agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years investment banking experience in Middle Office/Trade Support/Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives products and front-to-back processes.
- Hands-on experience with risk management systems covering trade capture, trade lifecycle, and operational/technical issue resolution.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading global, cross-functional deliveries involving Operations and Technology across senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in project governance including RAID management and stakeholder influence.
- Proficient with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and qTest, and strong in structured test strategy and defect management.
