Minimum Requirements
7+ years overall experience with at least 5 years in product management.
Minimum 2 years owning ML or recommendation systems products at consumer scale with proven impact on metrics.
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
Strong familiarity with ML product lifecycle including feature engineering, A/B testing, and metric analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale recommendation or ML-driven consumer products with measurable business impact.
Comfortable translating complex ML and user behavior data into actionable product requirements and decisions.
Able to influence cross-functional teams and leadership, with experience mentoring junior PMs and handling ambiguous, high-impact problems independently.
