About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend architectures and APIs using Python/Django for scalable, secure web applications.
- Ensure high reliability and 0 downtime infrastructure management on AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda.
- Own end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and optimization of backend systems in collaboration with frontend teams and product managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with strong backend focus.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and experience with SQL/PostgreSQL.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend engineer with leadership experience preferred, capable of owning full lifecycle development and managing team contributions.
- Skilled in designing scalable backend systems and database schemas with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiar with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern AI frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic) as technology adoption signals.
