Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure focused on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure and scalable operations.
Act as level 3 escalation point for cloud-related support incidents, managing Service Desk tickets and performing root cause analysis.
Automate provisioning and configuration tasks using PowerShell, ManageEngine MDM on Mac and Windows, and manage diverse platforms including Egnyte, AWS, and various SaaS environments.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in cloud systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Egnyte, AWS administration.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI.
Expertise with MDM package deployment on Mac and Windows (ManageEngine preferred), RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing 100% cloud-based IT infrastructures across Macintosh and Windows environments.
Capable of working independently and remotely with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Certified or strongly familiar with Microsoft Azure Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop certifications.
