About This Role
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure focused on Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring secure and scalable operations.
- Act as level 3 escalation point for cloud-related support incidents, managing Service Desk tickets and performing root cause analysis.
- Automate provisioning and configuration tasks using PowerShell, ManageEngine MDM on Mac and Windows, and manage diverse platforms including Egnyte, AWS, and various SaaS environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in cloud systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft 365, Egnyte, AWS administration.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Expertise with MDM package deployment on Mac and Windows (ManageEngine preferred), RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing 100% cloud-based IT infrastructures across Macintosh and Windows environments.
- Capable of working independently and remotely with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Certified or strongly familiar with Microsoft Azure Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, and Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop certifications.
