About This Role
- Lead end-to-end test automation activities for multiple strategic digital initiatives (CRM, Contact Center, AI, Service Operations) across regions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, modular test automation frameworks and scripts covering UI, API, database, and other layers.
- Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and stakeholders to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, drive test execution, troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API automation testing, including CI/CD pipeline integration (Azure DevOps or similar).
- Programming expertise in Java or Kotlin, with additional experience in related languages (ReactJs, Next.js, .NET, JavaScript, Python also acceptable).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Location: Bangalore, India (full-time role)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for large-scale e-commerce, CRM, and ERP ecosystems (SAP Commerce and SAP ECC SD/MM experience preferred).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), independently driving tasks with minimal support.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, DevOps, and leadership to align on automation strategies and continuous improvement.
