Lead end-to-end test automation activities for multiple strategic digital initiatives (CRM, Contact Center, AI, Service Operations) across regions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, modular test automation frameworks and scripts covering UI, API, database, and other layers.
Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and stakeholders to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, drive test execution, troubleshooting, and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and API automation testing, including CI/CD pipeline integration (Azure DevOps or similar).
Programming expertise in Java or Kotlin, with additional experience in related languages (ReactJs, Next.js, .NET, JavaScript, Python also acceptable).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Location: Bangalore, India (full-time role)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for large-scale e-commerce, CRM, and ERP ecosystems (SAP Commerce and SAP ECC SD/MM experience preferred).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), independently driving tasks with minimal support.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with developers, QA, DevOps, and leadership to align on automation strategies and continuous improvement.
