About This Role
- Design, implement, and execute test plans for medical device software applications ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Perform manual and automated testing including test planning, case design, defect logging, and verification aligned with Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and ensure comprehensive test coverage for medical device products.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of full-time experience in manual testing within the medical device domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related field.
- Mandatory experience in healthcare domain and software quality assurance involving medical device products.
- Experience with test tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM and knowledge of PACS/DICOM standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) with strong skills in test management, planning, and execution on complex medical device software.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams to ensure productivity and quality delivery in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with testing surgical microscopes and test automation across client software platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
