Lead design, development, and delivery of cloud-native, microservices-based applications for the Sypher team.
Own agile commitments, delivery execution, and operational readiness including CI/CD process implementation for production deployments.
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture and code reviews, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to solve issues and improve engineering execution.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years system engineering experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years skilled system engineering experience.
Minimum 3+ years experience in Java and Spring Boot enterprise-grade service development.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native applications using microservices architecture.
Experience deploying and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and PCF, with strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader comfortable managing end-to-end agile delivery for complex cloud-native applications.
Deep technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud platform operations (AWS/PCF).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (Splunk, New Relic), and secure development practices (encryption, tokenization).
