Provide technical guidance and direction to business, technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
Develop, review, and debug secure, high-quality production code primarily in Golang and/or Java, focusing on cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes on AWS/GCP/Azure.
Lead adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability, and evaluate architectural designs with vendors and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages (Golang and/or Java preferred).
Practical experience with cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes on at least one public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI-assisted software development tools adoption with strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
In-depth knowledge of financial services industry and IT systems with a function-wide subject matter expertise in one or more technical focus areas.
Practically skilled in full Software Development Life Cycle with advanced agile methodology experience (CI/CD, Resiliency, Security) and cloud governance awareness.
