Own hands-on development and delivery of complex cloud-based microservice solutions powering the PitchBook platform.
Lead technical architecture, perform trade-off analysis, and apply Domain Driven Design to decompose and design systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate across architecture teams and stakeholders to influence decisions, promote architecture guidelines, mentor junior engineers, and drive consistency across teams.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with Master's degree or 4+ years with PhD.
8+ years in software development roles with 6+ years experience in Java or similar OOP language.
4+ years experience developing microservices and strong expertise in service-oriented architecture, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), Domain Driven Design, and RESTful API design.
Hybrid work model at Vashi, Navi Mumbai office (4 days in office), with working hours involving office (12 PM–5 PM) and remote support (7:30 PM–10 PM).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading end-to-end software development initiatives independently in Agile environments with strong technical communication skills across diverse teams.
Broad expertise in cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and middleware/platform systems, capable of solving complex architectural challenges.
Capable of working collaboratively with architecture teams and stakeholders to enforce technical standards and scalability, while mentoring junior developers and promoting best practices.
