Own end-to-end QA delivery including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance within timelines.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and/or Playwright, and leverage AI tools for test case generation and QA productivity enhancements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate testing status, manage risks, and support production issue analysis and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software QA/Testing with hands-on experience in Selenium and/or Playwright.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and functional/non-functional testing methodologies.
Experience using AI-powered QA tools and practical knowledge of AI-assisted QA, including prompt testing and AI-specific test scenarios.
Experience with defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps; Work Experience Required: 2+ years in QA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in testing AI/Agentic AI, RPA, Document Automation, LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, or AI-powered workflows.
Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for QA delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled at designing AI-specific test scenarios and evaluating AI system behaviors such as hallucination and grounding.
