About This Role
- Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations ensuring compatibility with latest CRM CTI APIs.
- Work within an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform involving both frontend and backend components.
- Troubleshoot, support production environments following DevOps principles, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability best practices throughout the SDLC.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years industry experience in frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.
- 3+ years experience in Java backend development with deep knowledge of Spring frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable Microservices providing REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex system integration involving multiple products and systems, especially CRM and voice platform domains.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Architects, and Test Engineers within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong full-stack development expertise combining frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS) and backend Java microservices supported by cloud deployments.
