About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered, intelligent POS systems with real-time analytics and automation workflows for retail and hospitality.
- Lead development of scalable, cloud-native AI-enabled POS platforms integrating generative AI and large language models focused on performance and safety.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor engineering teams on AI integration, secure payment handling, and resilient system design across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering experience, including 2+ years at Senior Engineer level in high-availability transactional systems.
- Proven experience building intelligent automation systems with workflow orchestration, context management, and real-time decision pipelines.
- Expertise in at least two of: Pascal (Delphi), JavaScript, C# programming languages.
- Experience deploying and managing scalable cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containerization, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating large language models and generative AI into production POS or retail systems with focus on prompt engineering and RAG techniques.
- Skilled in building secure, PCI-compliant systems handling payment data and fraud prevention in complex transactional environments.
- Able to lead technical initiatives end-to-end and effectively collaborate with product, UX, operations, and business stakeholders in agile settings.
