Senior Analyst – Data & Analytics

Develop and automate scalable, high-performance data processing systems and pipelines to support business growth and product experience improvements.

Own end-to-end translation of business requirements into technical data engineering solutions with a focus on high-quality, maintainable data infrastructure.

Support AI initiatives by maintaining data pipelines for AI and Generative AI applications, integrating Azure AI services, and collaborating on AI-enabled enterprise solutions with governance compliance.

5–7 years of experience in data engineering focused on SQL-based scalable data pipelines.

Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python (or equivalent), ETL/ELT, data modeling, metadata management, and production support.

Foundational knowledge of machine learning and Generative AI concepts including large language models, embeddings, vector search, and RAG.

Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure AI services; AWS experience beneficial but not mandatory.

Experienced data engineer with demonstrated ability to build and own end-to-end data pipelines in complex data environments including data lakes.

Working knowledge and practical application of AI/Generative AI workflows, especially RAG and Azure OpenAI integration.

Background in computer science or related field, ideally with exposure to healthcare domain and cloud-based AI services.
