Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (B.E./B.Tech./MCA/Graduation).
4+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
Hands-on experience with Java (or similar languages like Python, C#), APIs, microservices, cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Solid understanding of software design patterns, OOP, distributed systems, data structures, algorithms, and debugging/problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in scalable web application development, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices/event-driven architectures.
Has practical knowledge of platform engineering concepts including containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and database performance optimization.
