Develop and automate SQL and Python solutions for data processing, validation, and reporting related to healthcare quality measurement.
Support healthcare data transformation initiatives including FHIR mapping and document data flows, findings, and business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Data Engineering, Healthcare Analytics, Quality Measurement, or Healthcare Reporting.
Strong skills in SQL development and Python programming.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and Big Query.
Understanding of healthcare data types including claims, membership, provider, and clinical data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in healthcare data environments with exposure or willingness to quickly learn HEDIS, Clinical Quality Language (CQL), and HL7 FHIR.
Capable of supporting quality measure development and modernization initiatives with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
