About This Role
- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems for subscription lifecycle, payment processing, and renewal workflows.
- Lead development of core platform components including subscription state machine, payment orchestration, retry engine, and entitlement services.
- Ensure API performance and low latency for real-time subscription and payment flows at scale, with strong system observability and uptime management.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python programming languages.
- Experience with RESTful API development including monitoring and fault tolerance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leadership ability to function as domain lead and influence architecture decisions.
- Experience working on large-scale systems handling millions of users across geographies, preferably in subscription/payment domains.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, databases (MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB), and search technologies like ElasticSearch.
