Own end-to-end delivery of software solutions for ACBS-related commercial loan servicing applications including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Provide production, DevOps, and infrastructure support ensuring reliability and performance of batch services, APIs, and integrations.
Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality, productivity, and automate engineering workflows while ensuring security and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years applied experience.
Expertise in CLP, CLLE, RPGLE (free-format), LANSA, Visual LANSA IDE, and SQL (preferably DB2 for i).
Experience with IBM iSeries debugging tools (STRDBG, STRISDB), and IBM MQ, CDC Replication, InfoSphere CDC / IIDR or equivalent technologies.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant software engineering roles involving AS/400, LANSA, and RPG development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full SDLC delivery in globally distributed teams, capable of end-to-end development and operational support with focus on performance and maintainability.
Capable of simplifying complex technical concepts and communicating options and risks to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Knowledgeable in loan servicing domain and controls-driven financial services environments with experience supporting or modernizing ACBS ecosystems.
