Design, build, and maintain end-to-end full-stack solutions using Java backend and modern UI frameworks, including frontend experiences and reusable components.
Develop and support backend services and APIs with strong security, scalability, and error handling, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed.
Collaborate on data platform integrations and improve data quality, observability, lineage, and governance, while performing troubleshooting and production support across system components.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional software engineering experience with significant full-stack delivery.
Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise backend development (Spring/Spring Boot), building microservices and REST APIs.
Solid frontend development skills with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue) plus HTML/CSS/TypeScript/JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, source control (Git), and use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack development with demonstrated ability to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready software products using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
Comfortable applying AI-assisted coding tools critically and responsibly within engineering workflows respecting security and resiliency standards.
Familiarity with data engineering integrations (e.g., Kafka, Spark), data governance, observability tooling, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and regulated financial domain workflows is a plus but not mandatory.
