About This Role
- Lead and develop a global team of Applied AI Architects focused on architecting and deploying AI systems for enterprises.
- Serve as a technically credible executive sponsor to Fortune 500 C-level technology leaders, driving AI strategy and production architecture conversations.
- Influence AWS product and organizational strategy by translating customer feedback into actionable improvements, thought leadership, and scalable enablement programs in generative AI and agentic systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training or certifications.
- 10+ years of technical engineering experience including 10+ years in consumer software design, development, and delivery.
- 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and working in Agile environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to operate fluidly between deep technical conversations and executive AI strategy discussions with strong architectural fluency.
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high performing AI engineering teams and set technical vision in rapidly evolving generative AI domains.
- Demonstrated skill in cross-functional influence, building trusted relationships with product, engineering teams, and high-level customers to drive large-scale adoption and organizational impact.
