About This Role
- Accountable for managing HR Service Delivery activities ensuring all SLA and process steps are followed accurately within the service line.
- Manage client service relationships and act as the escalation point for issues, ensuring effective delivery of contracted HR operations services.
- Drive process improvements, budget management, and implement business process excellence standards within the HR outsourcing context.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years total work experience with at least 12+ years in HR and 10+ years specifically in Employee and Organization Data Management, preferably on Cloud ERP.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline mandatory; Postgraduate in HR or related field and HR Domain Certification preferred.
- 9+ years of team handling experience.
- Certification in Success Factors Employee Central Module is preferred; strong MS Office and Excel skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and improving Hire to Retire HR Operations Processes in a multi-cultural environment.
- Able to operate as a subject matter expert with strong operational management skills in HR outsourcing and service delivery.
- Skilled at implementing process metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI) and business process excellence practices to improve HR service quality and efficiency.
