Define product vision, success metrics, and multi-quarter roadmap for platform and framework capabilities in Consumer and Community Banking.
Own end-to-end backlog management including intake, prioritization, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
Drive alignment across engineering, architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-quality products that prioritize customer value and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise in a closely related domain.
Hands-on experience building and operating Java-based services, including APIs and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of event-driven system design concepts and cloud/reliability patterns including multi-region resiliency.
Experience defining and driving non-functional platform expectations: resiliency, disaster recovery, security, and using operational/customer signals for prioritization.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, distributed platform products with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and security.
Adept at influencing senior technical stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with developer platforms, Spring ecosystem, governance for interfaces, and operational observability practices preferred.
