About This Role
- Lead end-to-end product delivery for document management services focused on document generation supporting the lending document lifecycle.
- Manage dependencies, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement while delivering solutions integrating with banking applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Over 9 years’ experience in product delivery, document management, or related domain.
- Proven skills in operational management, change readiness, iterative product delivery, and release management.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid methodologies; strong communication skills in status reporting required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex product delivery in document management or lending domains with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with product delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Values data-driven progress monitoring, operational excellence, and stakeholder relationship building to anticipate and resolve delivery challenges.
