Own full lifecycle management of multiple professional services projects including budgeting, tracking, administration, and leading diverse consultant teams.
Deliver accurate and confident project status communications to clients and stakeholders, using governance best practices and change control procedures.
Utilize enterprise project management tools (e.g., Planview, Monday.com) to maintain project plans, risk analysis, resource and budget forecasting, and generate key PM deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of experience managing professional services projects in vendor/client environments within large organizations.
Strong understanding of IT project methodologies, including waterfall and agile, with ability to articulate when agile methods apply.
Willingness to travel as part of role requirements.
Work Experience Required: 5-10 years in professional services project management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex projects in financial services or fintech contexts, or adaptable with desire to build domain expertise in fintech.
Comfortable leading and coordinating teams under pressure, including client-facing onsite representation.
Skilled in negotiation and conflict management to handle diverse stakeholder viewpoints and drive project delivery.
