Lead and manage large-scale, global transformation programs within Infrastructure & Technology Operations, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Oversee portfolio governance including program vision, roadmap, executive reporting, risk and financial management across multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Data Center, Connectivity, and Workplace.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement, facilitating executive decision-making and alignment with Sandoz Technology strategy and delivery objectives.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Technology Delivery.
Proven experience leading large-scale global transformation programs in infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology domains.
Experience working in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries; experience with matrix organizations and global delivery teams.
Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Foundation, or Agile/SAFe; however, certifications are preferred, not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments and executive governance forums in global, matrixed organizations.
Skilled in coordinating globally distributed teams and vendor ecosystems across AMS, infrastructure, and cloud services.
