About This Role
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end within the Loyalty engine ecosystem, focusing on high-value feature delivery.
- Shape product features and requirements through collaboration with Agile teams, Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, backlog preparation, and release planning for Loyalty initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years in Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar roles with at least 2 years as an Agile Product Owner.
- Experience with loyalty, rewards, promotions, or CRM platforms preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and ALM tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex technical system behaviors into business goals within loyalty or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, rules-driven environments requiring attention to detail and proactivity.
- Capable of effectively using AI-assisted product workflows to optimize Agile product development and backlog management.
