About This Role
- Coach and guide Scrum teams to high performance and sustainable delivery pace in Agile environment.
- Remove impediments, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and protect team from external distractions.
- Collaborate with product owner to ensure product backlog is well-prepared and support continuous improvement and self-organisation of teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments: Required.
- Scrum Master certification: Required.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and SAFe practices.
- Location requirement: Must work normal working days from India (Gurugram-based).
