Facilitate and coach Agile delivery teams on Scrum ceremonies and SAFe practices to improve predictability and team maturity.
Support Programme Increment planning including dependency management and alignment to programme objectives.
Manage Agile delivery artefacts in Azure DevOps and drive continuous improvement by removing impediments and monitoring delivery health.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or related Agile delivery role.
Strong experience with Scrum and Agile delivery within software or technology teams.
Experience working in a SAFe environment, including Programme Increment planning and cross-team dependency management.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint boards, dashboards, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in facilitating Scrum and SAFe Agile ceremonies in a software delivery environment with measurable impact on team delivery.
Skilled in stakeholder management and collaboration across development, QA, product, architecture, and business teams.
Comfortable with driving continuous improvement, managing risk and dependencies, and maintaining Agile artefacts using Azure DevOps.
