Lead design, development, deployment, and management of large-scale Access Management solutions including MFA, SSO, and authentication infrastructure.
Serve as subject matter expert for security product operations, developing SOPs, technical guidelines, and vendor integration for Identity and Access Management products.
Collaborate with application and platform teams to integrate MFA access controls across on-prem and SaaS applications using protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAuth.
Minimum Requirements
13+ years of work experience in large-scale Access Management implementations involving Forgerock, Entra ID, Transmit, RSA.
Strong expertise with RSA Authentication Manager, Microsoft Authenticator, MFA, SSO, LDAP, SAML, OIDC/OAuth, and scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, Unix Shell, PowerShell, Python, Perl).
Experience with cloud environments AWS and Azure, container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker), and secure configuration management.
Work Location: Hybrid model based in Bangalore.

Experienced leader managing complex Access Management projects with vendor collaborations and software integrations/migrations.
Strong technical depth in Identity and Access Management controls, authentication protocols, and cloud-native security stacks.
Capable of designing resilient authentication infrastructures and integrating AI-based authentication (Agentic AI) while creating operational workflows and automation tools.
