Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience as a Mainframe DB2 Database Administrator on z/OS.
Proficient in SQL performance tuning, access path analysis, and use of diagnostic tools like EXPLAIN and PLAN_TABLE.
Experience with DB2 utilities (REORG, RUNSTATS, LOAD/UNLOAD, RECOVER) and monitoring tools such as Omegamon or Mainview.
Skilled in scripting with JCL, REXX, and DB2 automation scripts.
