About This Role
- Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including Cash Application, Dispute Management, and Collections across global business units.
- Define AR operational strategy aligned with business goals and maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Drive performance through KPI monitoring, team development, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration including finance, sales, and customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
- 15–20 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes, with 10+ years in leadership managing large teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
- Extensive expertise in compliance, internal control, revenue recognition, and month-end accounting for India entities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior leader capable of managing large, global AR teams in shared services or multinational environments.
- Proven ability to implement AR strategies that improve cash flow metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and dispute resolution rates.
- Skilled in process automation and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, AI-based tools) within finance operations.
