Lead and manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including Cash Application, Dispute Management, and Collections across global business units.
Define AR operational strategy aligned with business goals and maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Drive performance through KPI monitoring, team development, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration including finance, sales, and customer service.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
15–20 years experience in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes, with 10+ years in leadership managing large teams.
Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
Extensive expertise in compliance, internal control, revenue recognition, and month-end accounting for India entities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior leader capable of managing large, global AR teams in shared services or multinational environments.
Proven ability to implement AR strategies that improve cash flow metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and dispute resolution rates.
Skilled in process automation and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, RPA, AI-based tools) within finance operations.
