Design and develop comprehensive UX deliverables including information architecture, interface design, interaction design, and prototypes for OneTrust products.
Identify, define, and promote UX best practices, templates, and measure UX effectiveness through data analysis from various sources such as web metrics and customer support data.
Act as a UX advocate within OneTrust and stay updated with relevant industry UX trends to continuously improve usability and design across products.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or related technical field.
5 - 8 years of professional or equivalent UX design experience covering the full product design process from research to rollout.
Demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area such as research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design with enterprise product and web-based application design experience.
Experience leading a team; familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security domains; Scrum certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in collaborative and cross-functional environments with product managers, senior management, and R&D teams to deliver UX improvements.
Strong track record in enterprise-level product design for web applications with the ability to analyze and utilize UX metrics to influence design decisions.
Comfortable advocating UX best practices and driving standards in a growing tech company operating at rapid iteration cycles.
