Collaborate and provide technical leadership across distributed teams in UK, Europe, nearshore and offshore locations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent required.
Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise Java development and DevOps practices.
Proven experience in software architecture, hands-on development, and delivery leadership.
Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in modular enterprise Java applications using Java 11/17, Jakarta EE, and Eclipse RCP.
Experienced in designing scalable backend services with PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, plus CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and Docker.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies and distributed agile teams with focus on legacy system modernization in regulated forensic/LIMS domain.
