Lead architecture and full lifecycle delivery of enterprise Java applications for forensic case management and related platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed stakeholders to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performance solutions in a regulated forensic environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
Extensive enterprise Java development experience (10+ years).
Experience with Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Eclipse RCP, PostgreSQL, WildFly, and associated CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, Docker, Maven).
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in enterprise Java and DevOps; experience in regulated or complex operational environments preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead capable of both architectural design and hands-on full-stack Java development in regulated or complex domains like forensics or LIMS.
Proven ability to evolve legacy enterprise systems using modular design and best practices in object-oriented design and Clean Code.
Comfortable working across distributed international teams (UK, Europe, nearshore, offshore) collaborating in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer.
