About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of enterprise Java applications within a complex forensic software environment.
- Own full lifecycle delivery from technical design, implementation to system evolution, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and compliant.
- Provide technical guidance and support capability development across distributed teams in UK, Europe, nearshore and offshore locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Extensive enterprise Java development experience (10+ years) including architecture and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments such as Forensics or LIMS.
- Work Experience Required: Extensive experience (10+ years) in enterprise Java development and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in enterprise Java technologies (Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Eclipse RCP).
- Experienced in modularisation and evolution of legacy systems within regulated domains.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed cross-border delivery teams across Agile/Scrum environments.
