Minimum Requirements
4–6+ years hands-on experience administering or developing in ServiceNow.
Mandatory hands-on experience with ITSM and ITAM modules.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
ServiceNow CSA certification required or in progress; experience in Agile/hybrid delivery environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and configuration including Business Rules and Flow Designer.
Experienced in platform upgrades, maintenance, data quality monitoring, and root cause analysis.
Capable of mentoring juniors and collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
