Lead end-to-end development and execution of complex, multi-core SoCs and platform-based products involving hardware, software, IP, architecture, and foundry engineering.
Own program planning including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and structured change management to ensure on-time, predictable delivery.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and continuous process improvements while providing clear, data-driven communication to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of experience leading complex SoC or ASIC programs with system integration.
Proven expertise in multi-core processors, HW/SW co-development, multi-IP integration, and SoC design flows (architecture to productization).
Work Experience Required: 15+ years; PMP certification preferred; Experience with phase-gate/hybrid product development lifecycle.
