Basic computer and Learning Management System (LMS) knowledge; prior experience in counseling, education, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.

Comfortable managing client interactions primarily via tele-sales with qualified leads (no cold calling).
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging senior corporate executives and working professionals.
Has interest or background in career counseling, professional development, or education-related environments.
