Own day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of core enterprise HR platforms ensuring system stability and data accuracy.
Perform routine monitoring, data validation, issue resolution, and user support including access management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, reporting, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities in a regulated global MedTech environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience in HR systems support, Workday HCM, business operations, analytics, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools; Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
English proficiency required; Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India; Minimal travel expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with HR systems or core enterprise platforms such as HRIS, learning, or workforce systems, preferably in global or shared-services environments.
Skilled in analytics, data visualization, reporting, and working in regulated or multinational organizations.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally including with IT teams and business/HR stakeholders to drive operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
