About This Role
- Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights improving product and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making and forecast business performance.
- Define, monitor, and optimise key product and business KPIs; design and evaluate experiments to validate hypotheses.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or Growth Analytics at B2C/D2C product companies or high-growth startups.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory); advanced Excel; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or Firebase Analytics preferred; Python or BigQuery knowledge a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 4–7 years; Location: Bangalore (office location at HSR Layout).

- Experienced in translating complex data into clear business recommendations influencing product strategy and growth.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, experimentation, and growth funnel optimisation.
