Define and manage the product roadmap for Search Algorithm improvements and System Capabilities within the Content Operations Team.
Own and drive improvements in retail catalog data quality through software engineering in catalog management, machine learning, and big data domains.
Manage KPIs such as Productivity, Quality, Utilization, and implement process changes across single or multiple product categories.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in Retail catalog operations or related program management.
Proficiency in metrics management, transaction management, and data analysis including using MS Excel for data mining.
Work Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in Retail catalog operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing cross-functional delivery including coordination with in-house and external partner sites.
Demonstrated ability to analyze validation gaps and recommend solutions in retail catalog or product validation processes.
Experience working with Supplier to Walmart or agencies related to Item Setup, Product attribution, or data analytics within a retail environment.
