Provide day-to-day operations support including record maintenance, account opening coordination, and liaison among operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.
Perform business analysis and documentation for Client Reports and Advices and manage project plans, including acting as project manager for follow-ups across departments.
Facilitate communication on business priorities, create training materials, write User Acceptance Test scripts, and ensure delivery of regulatory client deliverables with compliance and risk awareness.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries.
General knowledge of client reporting in the industry and competitors.
