Lead onboarding and activation of AI-driven fundraising products (Development Agent and Data Health Agent) for nonprofit customers, ensuring measurable adoption and value.
Advise customers on data readiness, responsible AI use, and aligning AI capabilities with fundraising goals to drive business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor engagement, address adoption risks, and improve customer experiences with AI-powered solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3+ years in SaaS supporting customer success, onboarding, implementation, or related fields.
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising operations and CRM platforms; knowledge of data quality, governance, and adoption best practices.
Experience with AI tools in a professional environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; preferred experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT, Certinia, or similar.
Must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET) including some after-hours and holiday support as needed.
