Own and support the SAP Ariba Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, and P2O systems integration with SAP S/4HANA to ensure smooth indirect procurement operations.
Manage configuration, catalog enablement, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities to maintain compliance and a user-friendly purchasing experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, suppliers, and external teams to resolve issues and support Source-to-Pay technology enhancements and deployments.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement technology, indirect procurement, or related business process support.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, SAP Business Network, and integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA.
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid); Travel up to 10-15% domestic/international.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end indirect procurement technology support including configuration, catalog management, and issue resolution.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills across SAP Ariba modules, supplier networks, and ERP integrations with understanding of P2O processes.
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional business and IT teams to translate procurement needs into practical system solutions and drive continuous improvements.
