Provide domain-specific business analysis and functional support for Capital Markets Middle Office and Back Office applications, focusing on Trade Lifecycle Processing and related workflows.
Define, document, and communicate business requirements, process flows, and system gaps to support Agile delivery and business change initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Perform detailed trade data-driven analysis and SQL data validation to enable accurate settlement, exception handling, and reconciliation processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale systems related to Fund Accounting, post-trade processing, or Capital Markets.
Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Must adhere to State Street India’s work-from-office policy; fully remote work is not eligible.
