Head of Prime Services Operations, Managing Director

Lead a global team of 50+ across multiple locations providing operational support for Prime Services borrowing and lending including trade lifecycle, settlement, collateral, reconciliations, and billing.

Own end-to-end Prime Services operating platform and drive risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience with focus on day-to-day execution and client service.

Lead transformation initiatives to modernize technology, optimize processes, enhance automation, and design future operating models aligned with strategic growth and efficiency.

20+ years of financial services operations experience focused on Prime Services and principal trading.

Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle management, settlement, collateral operations, corporate actions, and vendor management in Prime Services.

Proven experience in risk and control environment strengthening and managing regulatory and operational risks.

Role can be based in Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad; bachelor's degree preferred; postgraduate/professional qualification advantageous.

Experienced leader comfortable managing large global teams in complex market operations with direct accountability for global service delivery and governance.

Strong strategic thinker with change management expertise, able to lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology modernization and process automation.

Effective collaborator with demonstrated skills in stakeholder management across front office, risk, compliance, and technology partners.
