About This Role
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage general ledger reviews, account reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, and balance sheet governance.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives including process improvement, automation, and leveraging digital tools like SAP and Power BI.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP ERP system.
- CA qualification with 2-5 years of relevant finance experience in FP&A Operations, Closing & Reporting, RTR, Financial Reporting, or Controllership.
- Experience in financial closing, reporting, analysis, and audit coordination with strong accounting knowledge.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication.

- Experienced in multinational or large corporate finance environments with exposure to FP&A operations and controllership functions.
- Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end financial processes, drive process improvements, and use digital tools for automation.
- Strong analytical orientation with experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and compliance in a timely manner.
