Ensure day-to-day delivery and administration of insurance solutions, supporting brokers and clients with insurance transaction queries.
Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives including production and quality targets in both training and business-as-usual phases.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and regulatory requirements while updating and maintaining accurate reports and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of prior insurance broking work experience.
At least 12 months experience as a Specialist or Senior Specialist with an "On Track" or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
Graduate in any stream with good command over spoken and written English.
Must be able to work hybrid in Pune office with minimum 3 days onsite and comfortable with 12:30pm – 9:30pm shift.
